I am writing a book
Hey friends,
I am putting together a book about my experience healing from/through bulimia. I say "through" because the paradigm shifts and consciousness expansion that was necessary for me to move past bulimia healed many other parts of my life as well. Major factors in my healing have been (and continue to be!) raw foods, meditation, yoga, massage, and of course, positive thinking and relationships.

to make a short story long (ish)

Calling animals "meat"
I want to be clear that I respect everyone's right to do, and therefore, eat what they please. In fact, I live with and am in love with a man who eats a standard american diet. In the past couple of days, I have had some ugly and unwelcome visitors knock on my door. Their shadows have darkened my doorway, and these guys really want to be heard!

Parsley, spinach, cucumber,celery,carrots, Apple, banana. Every now and then i throw in: avocado, pom, blueberries
I like to keep the majority of my shakes/juices made up of the greens. I throw in a dense fruit to feel full longer.

I've thought about getting the Chico bags, but I don't want something dangling from my belt buckle. Where else am I gonna stick it?
I had a kale salad (an entire bunch's worth), a green smoothie that filled the entire Vitamix, and a slice of raw raspberry cake that I got from Rockin Raw, a restaurant here in NYC. I wanted to make a green juice but I didn't have the time.
