This has always been one of my healthier alternatives. However, usually our pizzas were done on French bread. Not the best healthy food mind you, but much better than restaurant pizzas!

My only advice, from experience. Stay off of it! I know, simple, but it's amazing how many people just keep trying to use an injured joint, and only make it worse.

- Today, we embark on the journey of becoming Raw Foodists. We know very little, but we want to get out of the dark and into the light when it comes to our bodies. We are making a life-changing decision to rid our bodies of the toxins that we've been putting in for 24-26 years.
We both have the hearts of teachers, but here (in raw community) we are only students.
Oh, last, but not least, we are newly engaged as of 9/8/09!

- -CenLa area doesn't have alot of places to shop, nor does it have alot of people who are on this kind of diet. We are looking for people that will point us in the right direction, also people that know what we are going through. Moral support is key, right now, since we are babies at this.

UP date. :-)
So, yeah, it's been a bit tough for Jill and I lately, but nothing that we cannot overcome together. Any journey is usually quite rough, but when you look back on it, it was always worth it. Honestly, except for the scale, I do not see any real difference in myself physically. My clothes however say different. I am officially out of a 2x, and into a simple XL. Jill however, is struggling with that problem. Yet, I can see it in her face, and wrap my arms around her further and further each day!

tough month by Jill
it's been quite a while since i've logged onto gitmr. now, i feel like i should. i've been feeling just awful, lately. my emotions always get the best of me. last night i was so depressed that there is a potluck at work tomorrow, and i won't be able to eat anything. Chase and I can't afford to go buy a fruit or veggie tray enough for everyone there, we can barely pay our bills and buy food for ourselves. i won't be able to eat a damn thing anyone brings anyway. none of it will be vegan, much les… Continue

Good and bad. *by Chase and Jill
Yay for third person narratives.
Yesterday, we hit one of our old fave sandwich shops and picked up a chicken sandwich with honey mustard, and fried sweet potato fries. Lord knows Chase has been craving those. Okay, so we're not proud of what we did, but it tasted wonderful, and as far as we can tell, the side effects were minimal, except for one thing. We realized that we keep straying from the path. As far as Chase goes, his frustration is the lack of being able to purchase food stuffs. There… Continue
