i used red raspberries. I didn't really notice the seeds much because i only added a few of them for that tart flavor and the apple juice made it sweeter.

Even after I had a personal trainer for three months I still had to hire someone to show me how to use the machines at the gym by myself. Its so easy I have learned, intimidation is such an obstacle. - ADD SWEETER FRUIT and more of it

Green smoothies are a hit-or-miss for me. I usually make mine with greens, pineapple and berries.

I am finding that out as well. The berries just don't seem as sweet in the smoothie as i think they should. So i started popping them in my mouth as a snack instead of blending them up .

Ive found that berries don't add much to the sweetness needed to counter a fair portion of raw greens. After trying lots of berries and fruits, I found that keeping it simple works best. I use half green veggies and half fruit on my green drink. ...

carrot juice works well in the smoothie too if h2o is too boring ;) my smoothies are very thick so i eat them out of a bowl, but from the above list i would blend the apple spinach kale and the raspberries . yummy!!!

Just make a smoothie the way you like it and then start adding just a little organic baby spinach. Try it out. The next time add a little more and see how it tastes. Eventually you will have a nice fruit and spinach smoothie that is just right for...

Awesome! And I forgot to mention I switch it up b/t water and coconut water as the base.. just experiment. Sometimes I add 1/2 an orange.. it's weird - I can never get green smoothies to taste good w/ berries in them - it's always better when I do sweet fruits (banana, mango, pineapple) .. :)
