- Congratulations! That's brilliant news. Great memories of going to Sky in Isleworth for a meeting and realising nobody had the porfolio on them and it was still in the back of the cab. Never run so fast in my entire life (complete with ridiculous arm waving). I work from home in Bristol now. It's been quiet of late, but I've just had a brief in for a new start up. Hi Lee, I agree with you in many ways and would have said an unreserved yes to your statement before I tried raw vegan eating. Maybe it is different for different people, but I have been totally surprised at how much what I eat has been affecting ...
Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.

This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".

Without fruit:
Bell pepper juice (very colorful and festive... red, orange, yellow)
Jicama juice (sweet milky)
Carrot juice with pumpkin pie spice
Cashew nutmilk with pumpkin pie spice
With fruit:
spinach and pineapple
spinach and coconut water
Would soaking them help? I've read that nuts in general has alot of anti-nutrients & soaking is always suggested.
Does anyone make raw recipes for their pets? Do you think it's healthy for dogs to not eat meat?
