hey im just wondering if anyone has suggestions of names for a raw cafe. i plan on owning/starting up a cafe/restaurant in the future but i have no idea what would be a good name.

You recipes sound delicious. BTW do you know anybody who might be looking for a dehydrator to make all those transitional foods?
I normally eat cauli raw with hummous and have never heard it can be processed into rice. Would it depend on the blender? I purchased a Vitamix 500 blender a couple months ago and it is a fantastic blender. I actually made hot soup out of raw veg and it tasted lovely!
