On the other hand, to look at it in a positive way: you only need ONE, so it is easier if you have a lot
of selectioncriteria to find just one, and not 100.

- Have just moved back to Canada after 4.5 years of working/traveling/studying in Asia. Can't even tell you how long i've been into raw food because it was just a natural transition (though i'm not 100% raw). i have learned to listen to what my body needs and restriction is not one of them.
Right now i'm a holistic personal assistant//yoga teacher/ chef specializing in Ayurvedic, macrobiotic and raw food cuisine. I don't define myself by what i do...it just so happens that i love my life's journey and the universe listens.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- Since none of my friends understand, or believe in, what i do, it's nice to be able to chat and exchange ideas with those who do!!! The reason i'm here is to be able to share my experiences with those who are curious.

i just got into the raw movement myself, but i am so inspired that i am thinking seriously about becoming a raw chef (starting with classes at Living Light Culinary Arts Institute). i saw that that is your profession and i wondered if you could share any adivice? i am concerned about the qualifications one needs in addition to finding employment.

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
Soft rock is soft, not driving rock, but soft gushy love songs, romantic, smooth..stuff you are embarrassed to admit you like.
Stuff that makes you imagine you are swimming with sea horses, or hanging out on a rainbow with your love.
Did you just blend banana and vanilla? I made ice cream with banana and cacao nibs... it was really good.
