water or dry fasting are the only ways that the body will actually enter fasting mode

i meant yoga practices has less breath rate and less hart beat rate, but while jumping over the rope the heart beat increases and even the breath rate - i don't know

because fasting is absence of intake and eating fruit is....eating fruit
eating fruit (or anything else) would not allow the body to go into the fasting state

Yeah, cuz Bear ain't worried about trying to survive. He's surrounded by a full film crew and sleeps at the Ramada or the Hilton at night. It's easy to make jokes when you're not worried about dying.
