I noticed you're in Arkansas. Are you going to Coalessence in October? It's in Eureka Springs, AR.
It'll be awesome if you haven't heard of it.
I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...
