Here is a good one in NJ but worth the trip, very professional, he really takes his time, interested in your history first, understands the benefits of raw vegan nutrition:

Sure do. I work out every day -- various cardio and strength routines at the gym (NYSC) and yoga at least three times a week. I wish I could say that I'm a competative cycler or runner, but I'm neither. Still, I take fitness and yoga (and having a vibrant, active body) very seriously.
I also avoid making my raw dishes imitate standard American fare. My thought is that i never liked those foods, so why would I try to make the food I DO love resemble them? A simple kale salad or fruit is enough to satisfy me.
Would love to hear more about your raw experience, your interests, and the organization.
Hey Jack! This event looks so worthy, and I'm really impressed with the website. There's a mistaken notion out there (which I'm sure you've encountered) that a raw vegan diet isn't sufficient to support a vigorous athletic lifestyle -- I'm so glad you're working to prove just how raw it is! How long have you been raw / high-raw?
I had a kale salad (an entire bunch's worth), a green smoothie that filled the entire Vitamix, and a slice of raw raspberry cake that I got from Rockin Raw, a restaurant here in NYC. I wanted to make a green juice but I didn't have the time.
