About Me:

i am so new to the raw food lifestyle it's not even funny. luckily, i am a vegan and i am very eager to learn. i am hoping that the transition can happen smoothly.

Something about me:
- I love the sport of triathlon with a passion
- moved to NY about a year ago
- lived in SF most of my life
- attended Berkeley
- loved and missed Yoga Tree Castro (Stephanie S. is the best yoga teacher there)
- also practiced at Funky Door Yoga (Bikram)
- lived in Arizona for a year. Practiced with Jeff at Inner Vision.
- mode of transportation: my bike
- dislike irresponsible people

Ironman training and racing (2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking, and 26.2 miles of running) all 140.6 miles baby!
