i am so new to the raw food lifestyle it's not even funny. luckily, i am a vegan and i am very eager to learn. i am hoping that the transition can happen smoothly.

It was great. I enjoyed the day. I had my Will Power name bib on and everyone was asking about it. I finished with very little pain since I paced myself slowly

One of the reasons that you could be gaining weight is because you are severely undereating. I follow 811 and I eat around 3000 calories per day. It's very important to make sure that you are eating enough.
