- About Me:
- I am a mama, a musician, and health seeker dealing with some pretty serious issues (chronic Lyme). I am new to California and absolutely loving the abundant sunshine! I have met so many people who are helping me on my healing journey and have reconnected with a few old friends. Ultimately, I feel very blessed and know that I am on the right path!
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- Feeling so fortunate to be alive in this time on planet earth. Eating living foods works for me, works for the planet. I feel so blessed to have come to love this diet, although it is challenging at times being a food addict. I continue to learn more and more from the inside out just what really this thing we call life is about. I am so grateful for positive connections and inspirations. For that is our purpose right now: to live our mission and inspire others to do the same. Then peace on earth will be merely a platform on which to stand from which all things in the universe are truly possible. It is not a time for hopelessness. It is truly our time to shine. If we can dream it, we can live it! Thank you to all the beautiful blessed beings that are doing everything in their current power to make this so.

- Music, meditation, yoga, swimming, hiking, biking, dancing, singing, and helping my daughter perfect her cartwheels! Loving everyone and everything all the time. Learning to give thanks and truly appreciate EVERYTHING in life...even fear and pain...my greatest teachers as of late...
