Information on how experiencing time and the calendar affects personal energy, success, and positive outcomes in a persons life. I am making this group for Ryan because he is an expert in this and I would like to learn more about applying this.

About Me:
after a month long "rise & shine" cleanse about two years ago, i transitioned to a mostly raw food diet. typical ons and offs but clearly realize the difference. i lost weight and bulk, felt lighter (inside and out) and had significantly more mental clarity and connection to myself and my intuition (just noticed how the word intuition and nutrition have a lot of the same letters...) last february, i signed up for the 2009 class at IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and am so looking forward to that. Also learning about superfoods - should you want some of the best check out http://www.noblelifeelements.com/bestever!

i am in the process of radically changing my life. divorce (5 years of separation in the making) almost complete. non-resonating job will be done come march. ongoing off/on relationship that was meeting a need i need to fulfill myself also has come to a close. i have the freedom to be who i want to be yet find myself holding back...

as with these changes i have moved away from what i know inside me brings me closer to being the person i want to be - raw food. the constant societal pressure, the need for ease and easy, the attempt to fill the void inside me with food has not kept me raw, and i can feel the difference.

i want back.

back to my raw food clarity. back to my raw food lightness. back to my raw food positiveness and attitude and love. back to my raw food body.

i can do it. i will do it. thanks for reading.

today.

not tomorrow, after the next trip, after an event or anything.

today.

now.

i am now choosing to do the things i know are right for my health and my body.

i will be writing here daily. when i did my first arise and shine cleanse two years ago now, i wrote everything i put into my mouth in a little moleskin booklet that i carried with me constantly. in the front was the cleanse timings and instructions.… Continue

Yeah, my family is always suspicious of what I'm sneaking into the green smoothies, and it's kind of hard to disguise a handful of kale in their waterbottle.

Ahh, well, I thought Jeff bought them and I just opened one up and started drinking! I'm glad you didn't sneak anything into my drink... or DID you? hmmm? Anyway, I had fun dancing with you that night. Glad to have met you!

Chimps, bonobos and orangs eat a lot of fruit, but there is good evidence that chimps have dental adaptations to eat meat, but they can also do without it.

Dorothy - I know it is hard to keep up with. I was referring to the post about your husband and dogs. It was just very sweet. :)

Chimps eat fruit (mainly) vegetation (rarely) and insects (even more rarely) and smaller monkeys (when available) but they are not -strict- fruititarians.

"I have seen young children pull the wings off of butterflies for fun" Yeah, but not for food, they didn't eat them did they?
