Ha ha! Well if my TV SHOW does well I would open a National RAW Franchise! And all the items would be around $8-$9 for entrees, and $6 to $7 for desserts.

Is warming up soups and drinks in a blender safe???
Hi I was talking to a friend last night she was super excited to create a new "mocha" drink that was "warm" from her blender. She said to grind flax seeds, dry, until a powder then add carob powder, a date or agave, water and cinnamon then blend until it gets "hot or warm". Everything sounded great until she got to the "blend until hot or warm!" part!

I uploaded a photo of Alicia Silverstone's new recipe book and booksigning...
Me and my RAW FOOD TV Show cohostess Jaimie Hilfiger went to Alicia Silverstone's booksigning event in Los Angeles. We filmed it for our TV SHOW and Alicia is actually one of the main people who taught me about RAW and really got me into it, I write about that in my RAW IN TEN MINUTES raw recipe book and thank her. - WOW! Thanks so much for the complement! I'm in Florida, was just visiting Bali in the Spring. You can find classes on all subjects in Bali and I was fortunate to find a chef that customized a cooking class for me, too take all the cooking out...and learn garnishing, some basic fruit carving, and banana leaf folding. Very amazing!

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.

So I've been vegan for about a week now and vegetarian for a little while longer, but last night I went out with my friends and stupidly had some fish at dinner.
