I heard from someone in a discussion that you were thinking of opening a raw restaurant in Tucson...if this is true and you need anyone in town on board, let me know!! I would love something like that here and would SO be willing to help out...I'm a student at the U of A for at least another 2.5 years and my family lives in town, so I'm here for a while! If it was just a rumor, then lol and sorry for the overly-enthusiastic hello...I'm just so jazzed at the prospect of a RAW haven in tucson! :)
