Hey! My name is Breanna and I have recently got into the whole raw food thing. I am fascinated by all of the science behind it and it just makes complete sense to me. I am still pretty new at it though so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Other than eating raw foods I enjoy running, debating/mock trial, the sciences, government/politics, learning, meeting new people, adventures, and much much more!

400 and 800 are def the most hardest races, because at the end it is a burnout with every muscle tightening up. You just have to fight through it. Also, the most fun races to watch. I still go back and watch track meets at my high school.
I tend to munch on: bananas (4-5per day), nuts (a must for me), green smoothies (personal fav w/ superfoods), and good size salad (on a good day). I am don't force my self to be 100% raw, so i tend to get by a small dose of pastas and mexican foods (burritos, ect...)
Having garbanzo and kidney in your diet a def plus. Where do you go to college?
hats off! i did both for all 4 years of highschool. def keeps you on the toes. track&field is my sport, i ran the 400m, 800m and 400m relay. what high calorie foods do you eat trough out your day, so you can burn all the calories off when running?
i do more of freestyle dance - hiphop, basics break dancing, and a little popping - still practicing into it.
Hi Breanna. Yeah, I haven't been on this site much myself in a while. The tree...well, things are really shifting a lot there right now. They decided to end the apprenticeship programs and quite a few people have left, (including me). I'm still living in Patagonia, just not working at the tree. At the moment I'm on a road trip, helping my friend move back east. I'm waiting to decide what to do or where to go next. All in all, life is good :)
great pictures, i'd once run 10 km on the beach and dunes and felt like i was more death than alive, but i made it through the end of the race :)
i'm new here, could you tell me what i can drink besides water and thea?
sorry fot my terrible englisch, i'm from holland, reading is fine but writing :(
I feel fungal overgrowth is the biggest threat to human health today and it's always wise to win the war on candida. I used to be really into making sure I didn't eat any food that raw vegans considered toxic and be really dogmatic. I prefer livin...

I still have trouble knowing a lot of the theories are true that as so prevalent in the raw food world. Like when a person detoxes that parasites and metals come to the surface of their skin or are expelled from their body in other ways. I was jus...

Can you just eat more volume so you don't binge? also, what about eating really dense herbs like a bunch or two of parsely or basil put into a pesto? Parsely is high in iron so you can make a tabouli with it and use oranges instead of tomatoes- it...
