After looking at the link, I saw that it is over yeastie (lol). Yesterday it nearly climbed out of the jar because the yeast produced more carbonation than it could handle. What a fun science project this is turning out to be!

Thank you Allen! It looks healthy but has a strong peach smell. Which smell really good but, not sure if its good for the scoby. Def gonna check out that link thanks again!

My mother in law's friend gave me a scoby that was brewed in peach tea. I read this turns the scoby in to a yeast patty . . . i'm still brewing it but is it still alive??

I'm a stay at home mother of two, very much into art and music. Like everything else in life I'm trying to do my best at raising a family. So naturally feeding them foods that help them rather that hurt them is my mission.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I am kind of in the slow lane in transitioning in raw food. If anyone has adivise on helping a family as a whole transision to a raw food life style bring it on!
