Hi Paddy,
You must be lucky with the weather as it's pouring here in Clydebank! I managed to gather a few baby nettles, some dandelions, hawthorn leaves, hedge garlic and wild blackcurrant leaves this morning for my smoothie, yum:) I'm planning to...
It is hard sometimes to remember that other kids are eating sweets and cola most days! ;) Would love to collect wild foods but really haven't a clue where to start with that..especially living in the city! Plus the fact that I don't drive! Maybe n...
I think Ella is probably getting a lot more nutrition than most toddlers:) As with superfoods, a few basic ones are all that's needed, there's no need to go overboard with all the enlightening ones! There are cheaper ways to getting adequate miner...

Hi Emma,
I've just managed to get a few minutes to get back on site. Your welcome to the little green presents. The cold has cleared now and I'm back into the swing of things again. I think I caught my cold from the gym as it seems a few members I know seem to have been off with it as well at the same time. I hear your off to France for a break, that sounds nice and refreshing, a little change of scenery really does charge the batteries. I'm sure we meet at the next time of the gathering!
Just wanted to say thank you so much for the lovely green present! It was very thoughtful and I'm really looking forward to eating them tomorrow.
Sorry I didn't get to meet you in the flesh today but I'm sure there will be lots of raw meetups in the future and I'll get to say hello properly.
Susan's food went down a storm - I knew it would, she's a star!
I do hope you are feeling a bit better now. Take care
Em xx
Aw thank you for your good health wishes, I'm feeling much better today. It's a nice sunny day so I'm out in the garden but not digging up nonsense thankfully :)
Getting lost in the woods sounds like good fun, provided it's only for an hour or two on a lovely day of course...
Chocolate ice cream sounds wonderful, I've just popped some bananas in the freezer to try out a mint choc chip ice cream idea I dreamt about last night - we'll see how that turns out!
Have a lovely day

Yeah sorry I missed you that day. Hopefully we'll get to meet at one of the future meet ups. Seems like raw in Glasgow is starting to take off so it's quite exciting.
I tried to buy your lovely other half's recipe book today but my computer is being temperamental. You're so lucky to be able to try all the tasty treats first hand :)

Greetings from Bournemouth.
I love the I Ching, ive looked at a few and love Huangs translation whom i have much respect for because of his wisdom and life experience of solitary confindment during his imprisonment and use of the I Ching through that. I love David Hintons translation of the Tao Te Ching too. Do you have any translations or other books you resonate with?
Tons of peace and love x

I just looked up the Magic Bullet on youtube and it had a ton of bad reviews lol.
I think I'll save up a little more and get a blender/food processor combo. Is 750 watts good? I have one already I got from my Granddad and it's really old and 600 ...

I'm serious, just go to the grocery store, buy all kinds of celery, kale, cucumbers, carrots, and whatever else you want, and juice is all and only drink juices for as long as you can!
It feels so good, I can't even describe how amazing I feel ri...
my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
