It's ironic we've always had goji berries in our soups and dishes and I never took it as a super food however, can goji berries be eaten raw in its dried form?.. when my parents make them they usually boil, cook them for up to 3 hours, they said that that was the only way to extract all the nutrients from the berry? However is there a certain way that the berry has to be processed before getting to the market? we buy ours from Asian markets, or china towns there are tons for really cheap pr…

main thing is 40% green leafy vegetables (baby spinach and parsley are usually the base of mine) and 60% fruit ... approximately. i also use about half a cup of water to start things off in my blender.
give it a try :)
How long have you been high raw? I'm not 100 percent. Though I was for one week during christmas break! and oh my gosh, it was amazing! I had so much energy. that I felt a little bit off compared to everyone else who was all subdued by cooked foods..=P. But right now I'm like 70 percent raw..I do eat tons of chocolate ( not raw) sometimes..and drink lots of coffee when I have to pull an all nighter for school. But i don't think i'm going to do that anymore. My body has gotten so sensitive over the years to bad stuff. I mean who likes feeling sluggish. I'm so glad I've found this raw food thing. Cause I think without it I would have some serious medical issues. maybe My diet gradually improved over the years. Like lalmost two years ago, all I ate was organic stuff but they were pretty much all cooked and naturally during the summer I became drawn to smoothies..so I did that..but it wasn't until after last year Thanksgiving that I decided to become a vegetarian..and then right after that..really high raw..=). You know I LOVE durian! have you heard of Paul Nison? I met him 2 weeks ago at a raw potluck ( it was my first time) and he said he owns the freaking tree! i was like omg i envy you hehe. I also like coconut..persimmon..avocado..watermelon..I think that's it for now. Hey I want to learn yoga too! have you started doing it?
