I`m very sorry to hear this. That`s what`s so wrong in America - not getting treatment because you can`t afford it. Here in the UK, altenrative medicine is an extra for those who can afford it, but conventional treatment is for everybody! All the...

Are you familiar with tbe books by Natalia Rose? She says if you are not 100% raw your cooked portions may include some lean fish (or even limited chicken, although fish is preferrable). Personally, I eat fish but no meat. There was a time when I...

Can you not measure it from urine samples? Somehow, I have read that candida releases metabolic products which we excrete that way.

I think the energy needs of the brain can only be met by glucose from carbohydrates and not from protein and fat. So I`d assume that that`s the minimum we need.

Yes - the amount we waste on "defense" is beyond obscene, in my view. It is downright criminal.

raw lunch

Again, I had raw crudities with peanut butter for lunch. It was satsifying and might become a regular occurence? Even though it`s getting cold.

Turnip

I hate turnip. We start to get it included in our vegetable box again (this time of year). Last year, I`ve hidden it in soups, in small quantities, and given it away at work.

Today I cut it into bite sized pieces and dipped them into peanut butter for lunch. It was delish, and I`m still full.
