the mental change to raw was more challenging then the physical one i think, but its easier as you throw off the need to make raw versions of your favourite non raw meals.
ive got over that now. i love to eat raw meals.

- I'm amazed at how soft and juicy raw courgette is, I have discovered papaya and wow! it is my new favourite fruit! also avocado! I can't believe I never really tried them before properly! I also tried portabello mushrooms for the first time. I am not having much success sprouting which is a shame because I do love cress-like sprouts.

Actually it's probably about 90% as I've had things like houmous and mushroom pate in the fridge that I've had to use up. I'm not really missing anything specific but I'm very conscious of different textures. I think that's the thing I will need to vary.

Whereabouts are you in Leicestershire? We're about 1 hr south of the Leicestershire border I guess.
Is where you live a good place for shopping raw? I'm finding it a bit of a challenge so far. Our health food shop is rubbish! I think I'm going to end up having to go to Tesco's! :(
