MY STORY (AND I'M STICKING TO IT)
“Because the sun is always shining somewhere…”
I was a happy child in England-
I watched the sun come up each morning,
and wished upon a star each night,
I danced with the fairies, and ate mud pies.
But we moved to America, and all went awry,
Instead of laughing, I wanted to cry
Gang rape, depression, cult abuse and more,
I couldn’t peel myself off of the floor
Fibromyalgia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Bulimia
HPylori, Chronic Fatigue, Babesia, Toxemia
Illness took over my body and soul
Suicidal thoughts led me down a dark hole
So I prayed to the angels, and talked to the birds;
My cries they soothed and my wishes they heard,
I was led to Raw Food – uncooked and pure,
My body it healed, my heart it un-tore
And now I’m healed, inspired and free!
I dance with the fairies, and fly with the bees.
I eat mangoes, papayas, persimmons, and figs,
My laughter is true, my dreams are big!
I encourage all who are drowning in pain-
Emotional, physical, spiritual rain,
To eat some pineapples, pluots, and pears,
And know that the sun is shining somewhere!

Raw is my cure for fibromyalgia. I have been playing around with raw/cooked ratios, but it looks like 100% is the only answer. Fortunately, I love raw foods. Thank you for sharing your story.
