About Me:
My name is Beth, and I started a 100 Day Raw Food Challenge on April 14, 2008. I am documenting my journey on YouTube and via my blog at www.bunnyberry.blogspot.com. I'm a blogger, a mom, a wife, a knitter, and a technology geek.

I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and my blood pressure was 232 points in June of 2007. I'm 37 years old, fat, fatigued, and fed up! I began my 100 Day Raw Food Challenge as a way to combat obesity and feel better!

Bunny, thank you for sharing your journey. Your recipe videos not only inspired me, but also convinced my husband (who is the one who does the shopping and the cooking) to go raw. Honey, those avocado rolls did the trick! HA! Together we have lost about 60 lbs. Of course he lost more! ( I hate that about men!) But we are certainly more healthy for it!
Feeling better, looking better and getting better. Who could ask for more? I am waiting for our dehydrator to come so that we can make those wonderful looking tostados! Can't wait. Again, thanks for being so open.
