If there isn't one, I am volunteering to figure out what to do to make one happen. The only trouble is, figuring out where to have it, since there are no raw restaurants around here. Mucusless diet book is a bit one sided and pretty old. There is much better books.
i'm not sure if these things in the rainforest near my house are turkeys. they might be scrub hens. but i call them scrub turkeys.
