- I'm a new high raw vegan; I began the journey on Oct. 1st. I planned to do this just as a short "cleanse" for a week, two if I could do it. But I'm loving the food, and I don't miss cooked... much, anyway. :-)

Hi I don't think there was a lot of salt in the meal, I think they are quite particular about that, and No Vita isn't expensive, you pay £2.80 for your plate and then £1 per serving of anything else.

Rome is an old series. I havnt really watched tv much for a long time.
