I'm a Kiwi living in China. Just trying to improve my health and avoid scary contaminated Chinese foods. It's so sad to see so much beautiful fresh food, but to be unsure whether it's safe to eat or not.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- Any advice about organic food in China would be great.
And I'm going to need moral support! How do you eat raw (in China or anywhere) without becoming a monk? All social activities here revolve around food and drink!

I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.

i happened to do some yoga asanas today and had some raw recipes that my mom made for me
Whaaaat!!! Tell me it's an arts project ;)
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two
