I'm in my 40's and have been doing the raw thing on and off for the last 9 months (some days more sucessfully than others!)
Feel it's instinctively good, but takes a bit of effort (esp living with a very non-raw person) -

Hiya Barb! Great to see you on here now. The Scotland page is sane, some of the rest is not quite so sane! But I just keep out of that stuff. It's a great site for information though, you can find out anything here I reckon.
I've just ordered some more raw books too from Amazon - will give you a progress report when they arrive. And yes, am making time to relax this weekend - am going skiing tomorrow - hooray! So am going to head off now to make some raw stuff to take with me, keep my strength up.

I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.

Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
