Heres a few tips : buy your stuff from mile end organic groceries at parc & Bernard, its the best place around! Since i know this place it has cut my groceries bill by half!
And try out crudessence, ...

- I'm a student at Concordia University pursuing my honours degree in Classical civilizaions and archaeology with a minor in religion. Learning and growing are my biggest passions and I love how my raw lifestyle enhances these abilities exponentially. In my spare time I play with a few bands here in Montreal, dance (mainly Baladi and contemporary jazz right now), run, do yoga, and anything else to keep my body in motion! When I'm not moving I'm reading. When it's not school related it's everything mythology and psychology starting with Joseph Campbell and Carl G. Jung and moving outward from there. I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).
My saliva has never commented on how I smell. But my mouth tastes fine. And, in case you were wondering, my various excretions all smell good too!
Lost is same insanely good storytelling, character development. I love how they spend time flashing back to show you the character's demons and how the island is bringing them to face what used to be a big thing for them. Plus, you never know what...
Make this, it is my new favorite thing.

We're a minority group within a minority group... I figured we needed our own little space to socialize! :) Besides, some of us are single and would like to meet other gay raw cuties! :)
