I just started the B.E.D. about two weeks ago and am in the strict Stage 1, healing my digestion. Is anyone else doing a strict version of the B.E.D. right now? Or, has anyone here gone through the "hardest" phase already? Sorry if this has alread...

All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...
