- About Me:
- I’m a mother and have a great husband. I love being healthy physically, spiritually, and mentally and all of the above. I believe the fastest way to stay on top is being raw. I aspire the day when the entire human race is raw and the real evolution will begin.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- The community can be a great support when I need it as a sounding board and most importantly fitness tips. I am a serious exerciser and I workout really hard. I would love to connect with other fitness buffs to bounce off ideas with. And last but not least I want to connect with all mothers. I have raised my child raw and if anyone has questions about raw baby food I would love to talk about my experiences.

- Hi Aundrea well the title is FIVE STAR RAW SPA CUISINE but my recipes makes you a FIVE STAR RAW STAR! Yes they are all VERY EASY none of my recipes has any dehydrating, and they all take 10 minutes or less to make even my new FIVE STAR RAW SPA! Give it a try...also hmmmm I need more time to answer the rest....I just invented new FRUIT "SUSHI" Gourmet Versions which inspired me to make FRUIT Vietnamese "Spring Roll" next I just got that idea!

- Thanks for your wonderful comment! I agree with you 100% about women helping women and it benefitting the entire world. Reminds me: In the "A Powerful Noise" film they mentioned a website about that concept - all about how helping the girls of the world has this amazing influence on the entire world (economy, health care, etc.).
