Tantra is indeed the cultivation of connecting to the divine power or energy within, the raising of divine spiritual energy within the physical expression of your being. The raising of Kundalini, as has been mentioned, is connecting to the spiritu...
Thanks for the response Ashley! Were you able to start teaching after you finished the teacher training at Corepower or did you have to go through any additional certification processes? Are you able to make a living through teaching or do you have to supplement your income with other work? Thanks so much for your help! I appreciate it so much!

Hi Ashley! I currently live in Denver and take yoga at Corepower...who did you get certified to teach through? Can you tell me a bit about your experience as a yoga teacher? I am interested in getting certified and would greatly appreciate any advice or insights you have to offer!

Ciao, Love! Thanks for the kind note. China is hard. I am really feeling like it is unnecessary to subject myself to this much pollution and am happily considering the possibilities of relocating to Vietnam in June. Now I am in the worker bee mode and considering income sources and manifesting cash for the exodus. Retuning to India in December, definitely, so just needing to explore Asia more until then and develop a way to fund my gypsy lifestyle. Juice fasting starting today and happy about it. Blissings and Blessings to you! How have you been? Joyful with the coming Spring!
Loving the journey........ I couldn't always say that before, but now I think, after many years of stagnation, I'm finally back on the path. How about you?
I'm not sure where they originate but David Wolfe's raving about them has caused me to want to "play" with them.
Do you experience anything perceivable with use of schizandra? I've steeped the dried berries in teas lately.......I remember the searching I did got me interested in something specific, but I can't recall what it was.
I'm a yoga instructor, massage therapist, personal trainer... my goal in life is to have fun and contribute to the happiness of others. Simple, really. I enjoy spontaneous dance parties, good company, travel, and green smoothies.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
By feeding me any form of LOVE.
