- About Me:
- I went vegetarian at age 13 after dissecting frogs in 7th grade science class. At age 20 I went vegan. I went raw vegan in January 2007 and have to say it has been one of the best decisions of my life!
I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2004 and have studied various styles since 1999. I am also a self-taught pole instructor. I began learning pole in 1998 and teaching since 2006.
I am my own, personal raw food chef.
Besides raw food, yoga and pole dancing my life's main passion is making music. I released my first album in 2005 on my own record label and am currently preparing to release my second. Please listen at www.myspace.com/aprylelectra and share with friends!

and im like just gonna eat breakfast and leave for a ride on my scooter, meet a priest and then meet a friend and blah....... lol go on the beach with my two wheeler.. spend some time in nature. maybe come back and read a book

I distinctly remember feeling the exact way. I had the Nesco dehydrator before, and it stunk (it didn't work well). LOL The Nesco dehydrator is made in a circular shape and it would take doubly long to dehydrate, and food was often very moist/chew...
I think the green is more "leafy" tasting (which I don't mind) but doesn't have the same long-lasting aftertase that the white does. I love the Wisdom of the Ancients green stevia liquid. I've finally made friends with stevia, LOL! I get it from V...
What is a safe mattress that you recommend?
