Hi I'm Anthony. I have what's called ulcerative colitis a digestive/autoimmune disease. "Medical doctors" say it's incurable. I say BULLSHIT! :)
I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis about 10 years ago. I have been struggling with this for some time now and I'm ready to make some major changes to my diet and lifestyle. I was turned on to Raw food by Paul Nison, who suffered from UC until he healed himself with a raw food diet and a healthy lifestyle. I hope to learn about this lifestyle and share my experiences with all who want and need it.
My sole mission at this point in my life is to heal myself and return to living an extraordinary and meaningful life.

Hi Anthony!
Thanks for adding me as a friend! I hope you've had a lovely Christmas and a wish you all the best for the new year! As you may know, we have a lot in common, I've also been suffering from ulcerative colitis for ten years and trying everything to get better. Now I'm on the path to raw (finding the detoxing very difficult!) and I'm covinced this is the only way to get healthy!
Happy New year!/Therése

may i ask how your journey with healing colitis is going? i have a friend with colitis and if i can gather enough information on healing it, she might give diet a chance.

It's going well! I love eating raw foods...so fresh and fulfilling in many ways. I have been raw for about 6 months now and although I am not 100% raw, I eat mostly raw and all vegan. It's been great! Good luck to you and I hope your health improves!
Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen, thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
So I've been vegan for about a week now and vegetarian for a little while longer, but last night I went out with my friends and stupidly had some fish at dinner.
Well that resulted in my not falling asleep until about 7:30am and spending most of ...
They're around, just not much of a popular main stream. I only know of metal bands though with female frontman. They're fucking sick(and hot) live.

In this Moment
I've never been able to like it, no matter what I've blended it with and how little I've used. And now I have setteled on that it is obviously not what my body wants. Just because someone says something works wonders for them does not mean that it...
