How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I am looking for support from fellow raw foodies. I am currently attending college right now, and it has been a challenge to stay motivated without anyone supporting at school.

sweet message done your in im going to marry you lol jk thats the best idea ive ever heard i wanted to start a raw restaurant where i live but no one eats fully raw here, i live in the beautiful sunny okanagan and im preparing for WW3 lol but actually we just put our survival packs together i might have to live off pinecones one day lol hows the poverty rate there cause its starting to suck here, i like to be ahead of the game and i like the outdoors activities as well lol. so how long have you been raw? hows your mental state? still detoxing any? it was a life changing revolutionary experience for myself never felt so free and clear since, nothing bothers me now and i have way more energy.

In the first stage, the diet is restricted to veggies, protein, and just a few grains (eaten in very small portions). Fermented foods and sea veggies are very integral to this diet, so it sounds like you might really like the diet.
