About Me:
I have been high raw for about four years, and love it! I just finished reading 80/10/10, and am having fun playing with the ideas. I am loving eating mostly fruit during the day, but do love my avacado, walnuts and Natalia Rose's raw caesar dressing on salads!
I'm passionate about living in the moment, yoga, raw vegan food, and upgrading nutritionally & emotionally to live at highest potential.

You are always welcome. Enjoy the coaching program! I'm not sure if I mentioned that I am a yoga teacher... from my experience yoga has been the core, which everything else flows from. Teaching has helped me be a better person and every class inspires more clarity. Much love, aimee

I see from your pics, you have been to Bali already-isn't it amazing?! Yes, I would recommend the Radiantly Alive Yoga Training. The food is unbelievable and 100% raw, the accommodations are gorgeous (way fancy compared to how I usually travel) and the teachers and students were amazing! You are exposed to many different types of asana, which was fun for some and confusing/frustrating for others. Also, I didn't feel like I learned all that much about actually teaching, but learned lots more about Yoga for me personally and gained lots of experience. Daily meditation, asana, lots of live music (amazing!) and vibrant people-I applied for the graduate position for the fall training, so who knows...maybe I'll see you there! xo

Hi Anne that is soooo cool you ordered the Duncan Wong DVD. I did it this morning. I do not know what it is but his session charges my batteries like no other DVD I have. Maybe it is just me but let me know if you like it.'
I pace myself. It is challenging.

It is so nice to meet you here Anne. Thank you for reaching out! We most definitely share many common passions... it's so fun to connect with like-minded friends committed to living expansion, transformation and love!

I'm also so excited to see that you choose to make this journey fun and pleasurable. I work for a woman in Manhattan, Regina Thomashauer. She is a pioneer goddess who has dedicated her life to inspiring women to live their life in pleasure and opened the School of Womanly Arts. I'm in awe of what she does, how she takes women higher, and had a completely transformational experience studying with her. You might enjoy her books or programs too... www.mamagenas.com

Have a marvelous weekend!

With love, aimee

Hi Anne, I am still high raw but 811 style, watching the fat intake. The biggest obstacle to 811rv is a steady supply of sweet fruit. I want to live in a land where this is not an issue, I've heard really nice things about Costa Rica & Hawaii. I eat fruit all day, a salad in the evening with a simple cooked dish like baked yam or fresh corn tortillas (too hard to resist here in MX ;) If we do find good fruit in season, eating 100% raw is easy. I enjoy the small amount of cooked food I eat, and I like how I can connect to others with it. But put a bowl of sweet, luscious mangos in front of me and cooked food, what's dat?! lol

If weight is a concern, the answer is to eat A LOT of fruit. I haven't had trouble maintaining weight and have even gained muscle :) Course, yoga & exercise is what helped me build muscle. I lift free weights, do yoga pushups, tricep dips on the edge of the couch, squats, etc. Whatever I can to push & challenge my muscles. My moon in aries gives me the athletic push! Do you have any sag or aries in your chart? Both enjoy an active lifestyle.

How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?

That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
