There aren't any raw police. . So don't beat yourself up about it and get on with your life. The past is history the future's a mystery and the present is a gift.

I am successfully all raw in Alaska. It has been a bit of a bumpy ride to get here, and I would love to share what I've learned.
it's kind of difficult not to think about food when we have to prepare it however many times a day and make sure there are options around that aren't processed

Bryan Au said… - You have to go to a PRO KNIFE SHOP they have to have a special Diamond Wheel Sharpner to do it and you really want a PRO to do it, they do sell cheap at home hand diamond sharpeners or other equipment for sharpening ceramic knives yourself at home but I have read reviews where you can't get it that sharp and it does not work that well but when you take it to a PRO KNIFE SHOP they will resharpen them JUST LIKE NEW AND SUPER RAZOR SHARP! They normally charge anywhere between $1 an inch to $10 or $12 at most to resharpen your ceramic knife. Every town and city has many PRO Knife shops that will do it.
