- Single, educated, needing to become educated about health and weight, so I am deciding to go raw. I have issues digesting certain meets and I am just tired of being sluggish, so I need to have veggies and fruits. I hope to meet new people and learn more.

Lady Suzanne said… - I have been 75% raw for a year, and 100% raw for 1 month!! I decided to take the plunge. Its all or nothing. I want to eat more fruit than anything else. From today, I will be cutting out nuts and avocados! My new low fat high fruit diet will be very challenging, but im excited.

I was at my friends
tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them.
