- I experienced recovery from morbid obesity through a raw food lifestyle. I have been eating raw for over 5 years now and have lost around 160lbs (approx. 12 stone) in that time. hmmm they are all kinda tart so I stay away from the raw chocolate bars, but I do know that Lara bars idk how you spell it, are a great snack!
