- I experienced recovery from morbid obesity through a raw food lifestyle. I have been eating raw for over 5 years now and have lost around 160lbs (approx. 12 stone) in that time. My life has been completely transformed on every level and I now devote my life to spreading this message of hope for natural and healthy weight loss for others living with overweight, obesity and overeating issues. My website, http://www.rawreform.com has been providing raw guidance for others for over 3 years and my e-books 'How to go Raw for Weight Loss' and 'RawReform: Revealing the Physical Changes' also help thousands of people on this path to reclaim their health. I travel all over the world speaking on raw foods. I am originally from England, but have spent most of the last decade elsewhere - Scotland, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Thailand... I recently got a copy of your Raw Emotions book, and that is next on my reading list - as I find that emotions certainly do come up in transitioning to this diet! It's amazing how much it brings out. It's so great to find others who are further along on this journey for inspiration.

I couldn't believe it. That was courageous. You started off your talk with Om! I'm in a spiritual group for 30 years, Om is natural for me. But in St. Louis? I was shocked that everyone naturally joined in and raised the roof with that beautiful vibration. It was an eye opener. You and Matt pushed the envelope on spirituality and I really enjoyed it.
