Casey, This combo (raw goat cream and berries) seems to have worked well for me in the past, are you sure that this is not an ocasional rule that may be broken?
Hello, I have a question am I alowed to eat a touch of raw goat cream with my berries on this diet? Also may I do raw goat kiefer mid day?
