- About Me:
- I am 33 years old, artist and a happy, loving mommy to my one and only 4 year old daughter, Aleah. I lived most of my childhood life in Europe- was born in Prague, lived also in many other major cities in Europe, as I danced professionaly. After that-
I spent about 9 years in Vancouver, BC that I absolutely loved!
In 2002 I moved to SFO, got married and stayed to live in USA.
However, I still love travelling, thats one of my true passions and something I truly enjoy. Meeting people, going places, sharing and caring!
I love learning, evolving into an ever-changing person...as we are never truly complete and challenge myself daily. Love art, fitness, dance, music and spending time with my daughter. (My hubby travels a lot, due to business...so Aleah and I spend much time together) We co-create wonderful times and we are learning and enjoying life on a daily basis!
I started the RAW food interest 3 years ago and just about now going 100%.

- Oh, many (love raw foods, especially deserts!) ...I am finishing a book on raw deserts now, as my daughter has challenged me to create so many of them...of course she helped!
- Interests (outside of Raw Food):
- nature, animals, fitness (yoga, kangoo-jumps, weights), latin dancing (used to compete for many years), painting, reading, writing and all-in-all- everything that uplifts my spirit!

- Anything by Abraham-Hicks, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Neal D. Walsch etc...

I have a Magic Bullett. It's very good for $50
Anyone know of a dehydrator that really gets the job done for a really good price. (Somewhere under $80 maybe, or am I being too unrealistic?)
That's what I had. I used it for 10 hours once(was recommended by the instructions). It melted the plastic. It was a waste of $40

I would love to have your book when you are done with it, i just love desserts too! i went all vegan and i also stopped foods fried in oil and sugar and processed foods, im just doing agave and some honey now and then. I added cinnamon flaxseed oil to my freezer fudge made with agave and carob powder with walnuts and it was really good. You know what really helped me with my girlfriends to understand my new lifestyle was to turn them on to Skinny Bitch, its a very in your face cd set about everything thats in the food and also exposes the cruelty going on in the meat industry, it was so horrible and shocking that i stopped everything bad in my diet the day that i heard it, and i haven't gone back, and everyone of my girlfriends that have listened to it went raw vegan, so its defiently a really good cd to check out, nice to meet you and i look forward to getting to know you, let me know if you have any good recipes, im just starting this lifestyle
