i have always kept a record of my cycles and relationships and they are definitely connected... when i don't have a boyfriend i don't have my period... also, lesbian friends of mine say the same as far as inactivity goes

yeah ive lost 65 pounds/30 kilo since going veg. it was over a 6 year period though, nothing drastic. and my period was off and on during that time, so im not sure the weight loss really affected it so much.. i dont know though.
