I'm a new raw foodist. I'm still transitioning, but love how I feel when I'm raw. It makes so much sense and it's exciting. I've been going through lots of life transitions for several years now, so it's been hard to be consistent eating raw. I'm currently pursuing my certification in Stott Pilates.

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
