I live in Scotland with my raw partner and have been raw for 8 years. I really enjoy raw food preparation and leading raw food classes. I also create recipe ebooks. I am also a singer/songwriter and produce my own music.
Being raw is an amazing journey, it really expands consciousness and opens you up to wonderful insights and sychronicities in life. I wish everyone well who embarks on their own personal raw journey.

- Kale salad with onion, tomato and a creamy garlic dressing, cacao smoothies, mangoes. I love creating raw dishes and sharing them with my friends.
