"you have to accept people for who they are and forgive them for what they are not."- my wisest friend. "clear eyes. full heart. can't lose". "All unhappiness and stagnation result from a feeling that you are at the mercy of the world and the people in it. But what a joy it is, what a major shift to strength and power, when you no longer wait around for others to favor and love you, for other to flatter and reward you. Reward and flatter yourself, favor and love yourself."

Amy your philosophy of living in the moment and thoroughly enjoying it and participating in it makes me very much connected to who you are. Yes, not being judgmental (as your wisest friend notices) is the utmost art we could exercise daily with other people who are different than us.
Thank you for sharing and would love to have you as my friend.
I bought a cheap Oster 16 speed blender (like $25) about a year ago and it does magic. Sort of small, but blends everything I need and leaves my green smoothies smoooooth. Even blends whole nuts =] Oh yeah!
