So it has been a week since going 100% raw and well, shoot is it odd that im not really feeling any difference? I mean I am but just not what i was expecting... I have noticed my heart burn is GONE but other than that , im just tired all the time , and dont really feel like i have lost any weight. I have not got on a scale cause i always stress too much when it comes to that. Anyways Im gonna keep going cause i know in the end health wise it will be better for me but man i really hope that weigh…

I make my nut mylk by soaking 1 cup of nut/seed of choice for 4-8 hours. Then I drain the liquid and toss the nuts in the blender with 3 cups of fresh water. Blend well, then pour into a container through a nut mylk bag/old t-shirt/new pantyhose.
You can add agave or honey or vanilla bean if you like.
Yes, Albuquerque is what I call home. Moved here from Los Angeles 3 years ago...still suffering a little culture shock lol. No, it's nice here. Prolly more raw fooders where I came from, as opposed to where I came to, but you and I will make 2 if/when you come out;)
