Hey Amanda!
I see your posts sometimes over at goneraw. I know you were having kind of a hard time recently, so I just wanted to wish you a happy day and see if you were feeling any better? I am sending some really positive vibes your way. Everything will work out. Have the most wonderful Sunday, hope you are feeling radiant!

Amanda,
Sorry you missed R. Thomas.

Amanda,
I think we've got a group of 5 or so for dinner Wednesday @ R. Thomas.
I'm thinking 630/7pm would be best. Can you make it?

There was a RawFu meetup on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I wasn't able to attend, but know many of the people that were there, sounds like it was a good time.

You have a contact on goneraw? is it April?

Ohhh....you missed a great local event that happened just last week. We're doing our best to get some local events planned, but haven't met with much success.

I'm game to chat anytime, and have been looking for an excuse to have dinner at Loving It Live again, its been awhile.

Thanks for the lovely comment. It really does accelerate weight loss like no other... in a healthy manner. I look forward to doing more videos to help people transition. : )

Profile Information

About Me:
New to raw and in the process of converting, probably to around 80% when all is said and done. I'm a quirky goofball with a dark side. Playful and sarcastic, yet sincere. (Witty banter is a personal hobby...as is acting like a complete goofball) Put the box away 'cause I don't fit, and I'm not sorry. I laugh. A lot. And loudly. Down-to-earth and open-minded. I'm extremely liberal, loud, overenthusiastic, a bit much, naturally quite shy, quiet, introverted and outgoing, and passionate. I'm full of paradoxes.

I'm a little weird. It's kinda fun. Music, theatre, and artsy shit are pretty much my life. I'm never gonna be the perfect raw foodie, because I like Guinness alot. I wouldn't mind sailing around the world. I LOVE traveling, music, and any combination thereof. I have roadtripped as much as 12 hours with near-strangers and crossed international borders to see a concert. Several times. I eat, sleep, and breathe Celtic music. Also, I have this "thing" for Canada. I think people should love each other more.

I like being too eclectic for my own good. I'm never quite what you think I am. I want to walk through life barefoot. I want to keep laughing, and I will. I want to be everything when I grow up. That is all. Rock.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
