Here I was thinking the mocha angel was someone bringing me a nice warm mocha to enjoy with my homemade raw birthday cake :D
That was beautiful. I agree also with our birth was on purpose, I feel we chose our parents and they chose us.

- About Me:
- I'm a wife, mom, yogi, professional intuitive, author, and all-around busy lady. Raw food is the only thing I have found that gives me the mental clarity I need to have a successful life. I love the theatre (God, how I miss that!). Being a mom is the hardest thing in the world, but I would not trade my sons in for anything. Everyone send me energy to get my second book published this year and to finish my third! And I really, really, really want to get my sexy back! And thanks to raw food, I've lost 20 pounds!

Being born is an act of faith. My birth was neither an accident nor fluke of nature. I do not occupy this planet simply to take up space. There is a purpose to my existence. Intuitively, I know my purpose, so I have the courage to pursue the life meant for me.

Did you try one of my recipes from my book yet? Let me know how it went. Also let me know when you put a review up on your blog. I would love to read it.
I'll be busy for the next little while as I'll be the 'Vegan chef' for a series of Yoga workshops that will be taking place all over Nova Scotia. I'm looking forward to wonderful raw/vegan dishes for all of them.
