i have used the pumpkin peel before and i really like it. it works great! it burns but thats how it works. i havent tried anything else in the line because i only can find it online but i bet the other products are great too.
I have been a vegan for the last 7 years. I simply reached a point where I felt stagnant in my health journey and I knew it was time to commit to being raw. I am the mother of a beautiful two year old son, who I raised as a vegan from birth and I am in a committed relationship with my soul mate. It is my goal to include my family in my raw journey as much as possible. My son is always a willing participant but it may take some more time for my man to adjust:)
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I look forward to learning from other members as well as sharing resources and information that I have acquired.

Yeah, I hear you. I love the diversity on this site. It feels good to see/meet people who share the same dietary goals as well as similar cultural backgrounds. My hubby, Sam, is dancing to Settle For My Love, LOL...Your music is soooo good.
Yes there is a great deal of time that goes into this lifestyle. Did you start a 28 day detox yesterday?

Hi Alicia. It's good to hear from you. Unfortunately, I don't know what has become of NuNu. I hope that all is well with her. I only "spoke" with her a few times here... :)
Hey! What's up? My hubby and I were in Cancun for our honeymoon in July of 2007. It was really quite a lovely time...The Yucatan peninsula is sooo beautiful. We had a great time, we stayed at an all-inclusive resort. It was a great experience but the next time I go to an all inclusive I will definitely use more wisdom about what I consume. We both went hog-wild eating and drinking...It was fun but I gained 7 pounds in one week! LOL. That is never good...
The smoke points are important for those people who are cooking with oils, but not those that are 100% raw foodists. Because I get many questions from those that are transtioning, I feel that it's important to answer some ot those questions also. ...
Thank you. :)
How'd you come up with the 6 weeks? I know that Lukas had an amazing experience at your center and looks amazing.
When are you gonna write a book?
