Hi, I just saw your colonic post.
You can get a large enema bag, you can refill it several times too. Maybe just do your own high-enemas (with LOTS of water), than go for colonics when you can afford it, or when you need extra cleansing support, (like when you fast). I am VERY familiar with Gil and his approach. I think he is really experienced and he says these things out of personal experience and caring for others health. He is a good person to work with.
Hi Alexandra,
Yes I am a fiber nut. I have always been a craft oriented person and love to make things. I dabble in painting, jewelry making, spinning, crochet and knitting when I have the time. Lately not so much. I belong to a hand spinning and weaving guild that meets once per month. I have a couple of fiber related shows I love to go to every year and I have an ashford wee peggy wheel on our dining room table waiting to be finished and assembled:-).
I also have a Satin Angora bun in her house in our living room...she is neglected in the grooming dept. at the moment but loved anyway. How long have you been hand spinning and knitting?

Thanks again for taking the time- I'm looking forward to incorporating Rose's principles into my diet. Since trying to go more raw, I have felt a little lost as to which path to go on. I think food combination might have been the missing link.

Thanks, Alexandra!! I actually have been doing green smoothies in the morning, but was adding some cacao and almond milk to them, which, as I have read in her book, is not a proper combination. What can you combine w/ nut butters? I can't seem to find the right combo in her book?? thanks!!
Hi there!! I saw your post on the Natalia Rose group. I've been looking in her book for a green smoothie..can only find green lemonade. What do you use!!? Would love to hear more about your results. Thanks!!

I am sure there will be willing followers for whatever. Some people like to follow orders.
This has always been one of my healthier alternatives. However, usually our pizzas were done on French bread. Not the best healthy food mind you, but much better than restaurant pizzas!

I joined this program a few months ago and it includes a pass to see him in Costa Mesa, California (near Los Angeles, the City of Angels thankfully)...
