Hello Everyone! I live in NYC and wanted to know more about eating Raw. Currently, you can say that I lead a healthy lifestyle, I dont drink, I dont smoke and try to eat Organic. However, I feel like this is not enough. I want to feel vibrant health.
I am looking to chat with people who already took this journey and have their own opinions.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I am looking for transition advice and just to meet awesome people!!!

Here it goes...I am a very down to earth person who is always up for anything. I love dancing and goin out, especially if it includes nice lounge or a great restuarant, but sometimes it's great to just sit home and watch a movie and cuddle up with that special someone. I am very ambitious and always try to shoot for the stars. Although, I have failed many times, I believe a person who does not try anything, will never achieve anything. I have very high morals and integrity...."If you love someone...do not cheat"....."If you make a promise...make sure to keep it"....."If you borrow money from someone, pay them back". I love my family and my friends. I love the sun and the birds. Nothing relaxes me more than going to a lake that is buried deep in a forest on a warm sunny day and just relax there and listen to the birds chirping. I believe life is short...so do not hold grudges...forgive...but never forget. Always treat people the way you want to be treated. I can keep writing for hours but if you really want to know more just ask me and I will be glad to tell you :)

Can you just eat more volume so you don't binge? also, what about eating really dense herbs like a bunch or two of parsely or basil put into a pesto? Parsely is high in iron so you can make a tabouli with it and use oranges instead of tomatoes- it...
