Thoughts on Natural Hygiene programs

Is anyone on this forum taking courses online with UNH? Or taking similar courses at another school in New York or online? I'm thinking of taking the 'Bachelor of Science in Holistic Natural Health & Healing' program at UNH. Any thoughts from someone who has looked into it or taken their courses would be helpful.

I made a really good green smoothie today and wrote about it on my food blog, NastyFruit.
